Architect

A-01  ·  Plan

Design your
life, year, month, week and day.
Do today.

Architect is a planner with a coach in it. Draw the whole plan, from what matters in your life down to this afternoon, and always know the next thing to do.

Section A–A  ·  The method

  1. 01

    Design

Understand where you are and decide where you want to go.

    Your Pillars+Vision Board=Your Life Blueprint

  2. 02

    Do

Create the tasks, habits and events that get you there, and keep the rest of life on track.

    • Tasks
    • Habits
    • Events
    • Notes
  3. 03

    Review

Make sure you’re moving on what matters, and catch what’s falling behind before it’s late.

    • Check-ins
    • Priority Matrix

Full sync Your events and to-dos stay in step with Google Calendar and Google Tasks, both ways.

Start anywhere. Do works on its own; Design and Review make sure it’s pointed at the right things.

General notes

  1. Everything ties back.

Each task, habit and board can serve a pillar or a vision, so you can see your time going to what matters, not just getting spent.

  2. Build to capacity.

A week only has so many hours. Architect counts them, so an overloaded plan shows up on Sunday, not Thursday night.

  3. A coach, not a nag.

Check-ins help you notice what slipped, adjust the plan and get back to it.
